Buck-Boost converter recommendation

Hello,

My customer is looking for a buck-boost converter that can be used with the following conditions.

   - Input : 15V ~ 9V  (SMPS 15V or Battery 9V ~ 14.2V)

   - Output : 12V / 5A

Could you please recommend a suitable device?
