Hello, Team,

Our customer connected the EVM to PC below is shown:

It seems that the firmware cannot be updated for some reason.
Could you give us the workaround?

Hi, Masaru,

You need to update firmware as mentioned in the window.

Please keep pressing the BSL button before firmware update is done.

Hello, Xiaoguang,

Thank you for the reply.
We also tried download version instead of online version, but there was no difference.

Can we use this EVM without PC connection?
We think that if we apply Vin=12V and EN=3.3V with proper PWM input, we can use it without PC.
Are there anything else that we need to take care?

Where can I find the "BSL" button? I could not find it on EVM nor GUI.

Hi, Masaru,

BSL button is on USB2ANY device. You can find a small hole at one side( next to the light). and you need to use needle alike to keep pressing it during update.

Yes, you can run the board in standalone mode without PC. Please refer to Instructions for Standalone Evaluation in the EVM user guide.
