Hi, I am facing a measurement error in Cell 16 when balancing is enabled. I am using autonomous balancing with 18 Ohm resistor with n-fet-based external balancing topology. I am using a battery to test this. Please find the pictures of cell voltage before and after balancing starting balancing. 
As you can see that c16 was 3898mV before balancing and 3874mV after balancing starts. I have also verified that c16 is not balancing because it is now almost equal to the lowest cell but in actual it was highest cell be balanced.
