TUSB1044: power down configure question

Part Number: TUSB1044

Hi Team,

If TUSB1044 work under "power down" configuration, the high speed - differential signal ports(URX1, DRX1, UTX1, DTX1, URX2, DRX2, UTX2, DTX2) are at  Hi-impedance ? Which mean Input and output are disconnected ?

And I see in this E2E thread,  it said "when Vcc is 0v, differential signals should be in hi impedance. but if some control pins forced high, it will be back drive the device. Long time wise it will hurt device liability."

How about if customer use at  Vcc=3.3V, but all control pins=0V, is there any risk to the TUSB1044 ?

Thanks!
Kai
