Hi Team
Currently using 24612 on the new board, there is a problem: Gate cannot be opened normally as shown in the figure below (load0.5A-5A cannot be used)
Using UCC24612-1EVM on customer board can be opened normally, but after replacing the MOS of UCC24612-1EVM, it cannot be opened normally
Does this IC have special requirements for MOS? Is it possible to adjust the peripheral parameters to improve this phenomenon?
*REG measurement is normal
*VCC measurement is normal
