TPS546C23: O/p is not coming proper.

Am I correct in assuming you could measure the desired output voltage (0.95V) on the other boards?

Does the o/p correctly regulate to 1V before changing it to 0.95V with the VOUT_COMMAND? 

Can you show us the oscilloscope waveforms of the SW, FB, and o/p?

Yes, We are getting the same what we are storing in the NVM.

I am sorry for the late response. We were able to bring-up the proper o/p voltage by PMBus.

Some of the pins of regulator were dry- solder. We did some touch-up and after that we are getting proper output.
