Thank you. But the PDF called linked datasheet is not exactly a datasheet.
This is a user's guide. (The data sheet has Absolute Maximum Ratings and Electrical Characteristics as Specifications, PACKAGE OPTION ADDENDUM, PACKAGE MATERIALS INFORMATION, etc.)
Please provide again.

This time, we will create a delivery specification for PCN#20200922002.2.
Customer is Panasonic.
A delivery specification is a compiled document that includes country of origin, data sheet, marking specification, reliability test results, failure rate, process control chart, etc.

Just in case, let me confirm.
The datasheet linked at www.ti.com/.../tps659039-q1.pdf does not list the part number for O9039A36AIZWSRQ1.
There is a PACKAGE OPTION ADDENDUM on page 103, and the list does not include this part number.
I am not sure if I should use this datasheet in this situation.
Please confirm it is.
