    Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you share with me what specifically are you looking for the SOIC package? 

    I see the following package drawing:

    Where the D package would be the SOIC 8. Table 7.4 shows the thermal information for the SOIC package and lastly the Package Information is there starting on Page 23:
