Dear TI expert,

I use BQ78350+BQ76930+BQ76200 design one 11S lifepo4 project, At present, I have encountered a very strange problem, the description as follows:

For over-temperature testing, the battery stops charging discharging above 60 degrees Celsius and continues charging above 75 degrees Celsius. This charging lockout is concerning and needs to be at 60 degrees Celsius.

Hi,

It is really difficult to read the screen capture image. Can you capture from the PC instead of taking a photo?

Also, can you please share all of your register settings. Click on 'Export' on the Data Memory screen of BQStudio to save a .gg.csv file.

Please collect a log file of the behavior by clicking the 'Start Log' button on the Registers screen. Slowly ramp the temperature from 50C to above 75C while logging. This will show the status of all of the device registers to help debug what is happening.
