    Hi Statham,

    Yes, this should work.

    I notice the capacitors on the thermistor pins are larger than recommended in section 16.2 of the datasheet. The TI Reference designs use 470pF for these pins. Also, the TS2 pin is the wake pin for the device, so it is better not to connect a thermistor to this pin if the Shutdown feature will be used. Other pins like DDSG and DCHG can be used with thermistors instead.
