I also tried this on Webench but it seems that 20V3.25A is not possible. Can you please confirm? Thank you.

Supposedly UCC28712 should be able to output 65W, but this also depends on other components that you are using. If you go to the UCC2871x website, on the "Design & development" tab > "Design tools & simulation" you can find simulation models and a calculator designed to help you design your solution. If you click on "reference designs" tab, it will lead you to reference designs that UCC28712 are used. The closest power level I can find is PMP9041 (24V/40W).
