The "Technical documentation" section of the UCC25600 product page has links to a number of LLC design aids and supporting literature: https://www.ti.com/product/UCC25600#tech-docs .
I don't know why links to these documents are not included in the UCC25630x and UCC25640x product pages.

For loop-compensation design, these papers should be particularly helpful: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slua582 and https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slup263 .
There are other useful papers as well, and I recommend perusing them.
