Part Number: TL431A
Dear experts,
Our customer received these from franchised source Arrow. It is their requirement to decap random pieces of their receipt regardless of type of vendor.
At their test lab, they did a chemical decap and found marks at the die level for 1 piece of TL431AQDBZR and observe marks that resemble burn or machine-caused impressions.
The test lab informed that the marks were not caused by chemical decap.
Attached pictures for your reference.
Questions:
1. Were these marks cause by TI production line?
2. Is there any cause of worry for customer? Would these marks affect production quality at customer side?
Hope to look for answers here.
Appreciate your prompt and expert reply.
Thank you.

Hello Masoud,
I've found answers previously on similar queries like this one on this forum which I thought it was a magnificent platform for sharing and to get answers which the TI customer support wasn't able to.
Again, appreciate if you and your team can give a 2nd look and assist.
Thank you in advance.

Shawn
