TLV431A: Differences between TLV431A and TLV431B

HI Guys

Have a question regards the differences between TLV431A and TLV431B

Customer is using TLV431AIDBZR but due to supply challenges they used TLV431BIDBZR instead but they didn’t work.

Main difference identified is the reference tolerance (0.5% not 1%), but it turns out that TLV431BIDBZR also has a slightly larger maximum I_K(min) value.

Would this be a factor or what other differences could be pointed out?
