BQ27Z561: Do i need to perform learning cycle again if i want to change temperature configuration in bq27z561

I have generated golden image successfully. During learning cycle i had set TS1=1 and TS0=0 but now for some reason i need to change these values as TS1=0 and TS0=1. So in order to change these, do i need to perform learning cycle again after changing these values to generated golden image or can i just change these values in data memory in current configurations only to generate golden image again with new temperature configurations.
