Our customer wondering if BQ24715 support battery discharge energy to system when the adapter cannot meet the current demand. I learned that the hybrid power boost mode of BQ24780S can support this function. If Yes, how to realize it?

    Hi Lumina,

    BQ24715 is a NVDC (narrow voltage DC) charger. It supports supplement mode for extra power required by the system above the adaptor power. This video could help you understand the difference between hybrid boost and NVDC architecture.
