I am using Bq27541 for battery management.

But one problem i meet in production line.

When i want to write lot data into FlashData. it not works. (But almost all sample are fine)

The fail rate is lower (around 0.1%), but it do happen in few samples.

Note that IC was not sealed, and cell voltage is higher than [Flash updagte ok voltage]

But i can re-new DFI data by BqEASY.

Could somebody teach me what problem happened in IC？

Thansk for your reply.

But sorry, i don't know what delay time needed. What i should do for it？

I just fill in new lot data in FlashData field. then click Enter.

But it was not allowed to change data.

(Note that this phenomena only occur on several samples, almost all samples is normal)

Daven,

Usually we recommend to try different delay time. In your case, if most samples are normal, please send those failed to TI for FA. Please contact your local TI sales and CQE first and they can arrange the FA for you.
