TLV62569: Efficiency of SOT-563

The efficiency depends upon on many factors within different packages. such as junction temperature, RθJA etc.

In the case of TLV62569 SOT23-5 and TLV62569 SOT563. the difference in the efficiency is only ~ 0.1% to 0.2%. It is due to thermal performances, which is critical for higher load current as power dissipation becomes a challenge with conduction losses increasing.
