My customer is now trying to evaluate bq40z50EVM-561 but customer get a following error. How customer should do to resolve it?
* Customer is using, EV2400 and BQSTUDIO

Press the wake button on the EVM before starting bqStudio. this may resolve it.

If this does not resolve it, then select any bq40z50 as the target, click ok and go directly to the "Firmware" tab and program the srec. Then restart bqStudio.

Hi Experts,

Customer could not resolve the issue to press the wake button. Customer is now trying to second way. What does customer should be chosen it for "srec"?

Customer programed "sred" but the issue didn't resolve. Customer provided a procedure of operation. Would you review a following document, please?

In the first screenshot there was some communication . But now it is a Nack.

The steps in the document are correct. Try pressing the wake button and then try the steps. If there is no communication at all then the EVM may have been damaged somehow.
