It looks like they are trying to stack 2 devices in the schematic? This is very challenging. There is a new reference design that was just published for stacking 2 devices I highly recommend they review this first: https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-010247 Another option is to use low-side FETs which makes the stacking design much easier. Here is an example reference design for low-side: https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-010216
