EV2400: System and BQ software not detecting the Tool

Hi Tanmay,

I am not sure what is the problem with your EV2400, it could be damaged.  Another possibility is that the firmware on the embedded msp430 has become corrupted.  You might see if you can reflash the firmware, just in case that is able to fix it.  You can find more directions on reflashing discussed in this post:

Hello Terry, 

Thanks for a prompt Reply. 

I did try the above method but on running the software , its is showing that Free EV2400 is not detected. 

Also I have two BQ tester which are not working. One has three LEDs on, the other doesn't. 

I tried with both and this one's not working. 

Is there any other way? 

Can it be repaired as well? Like Resoldering or other such option? 

Since I have two of them, which are not wokring, maybe I can make one of them work?
