BQ24008: Status2 LED is not working as expected.

I want to ask a question to you about BQ24008 IC. I want to use Stat1 and Stat2 as led indicator. More specific I want to use like that
-Stat1 is a sign for power has or power has not. If power has Stat1 LED goes ON else LED goes OFF.
-Stat2 is a sign for battery charging or not. (When battery connected and charging led goes ON. When battery not connected or battery charged %100 led goes OFF.)

The problem is I couldnt find how can I do it. Stat1 works as well but Stat2 not. So can you help me about how can I use BQ24008 with 2 LED circuit.

I described how it will work in photo also i will try to give more details.

We are using BQ24002 as charger now. But we want to change BQ24002 with BQ24008 without changing rest of the circuit. So if possible how? Can you explain or draw it?

In BQ24008's datasheet write use bicolor LED but didnt explained how. If I can use bicolor led also I can use 2 different LED i think. Because in datasheet again write Stat2 - Status display output 2 (for bq24008 only) I will add our circuit which we are using at the moment.

    Hi

    The BQ24008's STAT leds can only be used to show the statuses as shown in Table 2 of the datasheet. Can you share your procedure for how you are determining that the STAT2 is not working? You should match what's in the BQ24002 typical application diagram. I'll make a note to for fixing the BQ24008 application diagram.

    The problem is Stat1 and Stat2 LEDs are together turns ON when I connect or disconnect to battery. They are not changing. I think it shouldnt be.

    We are using already bq24002 device and this device's logic is when i connect the battery Stat2 LED is turning on and when I disconnecting battery or battery getting %100 charge Stat2 LED is turning off.

    Stat1 LED's logic is same for them which if you have power turning on and it works normally. Also bq24008 is charging as well.

    So bq24008's LEDs logic and bq24002's LEDs logic are same or different for sensing the battery?

    You can see on the bottom of this part in bq24008 Stat2 pin's which connected Status LED voltage doesnt change different status. (Also doesnt PWM just pure DC i checked with oscilloscope.)

    -When battery connected BQ24002 measurements like that,

    Stat1(V)=0.251                          Power Led(V)=1.930

    Stat2(V)=1.278                          Status LED(V)=2.019

    -When battery NOT connected BQ24002 measurements like that,

    Stat1(V)=0.216                          Power Led(V)=1.929

    Stat2(V)=0                                 Status LED(V)=5.00


    -When battery connected BQ24008 measurements like that,

    Stat1(V)=0.257                          Power Led(V)=1.950

    Stat2(V)=4.926                          Status LED(V)=1.998

    -When battery NOT connected BQ24008 measurements like that,

    Stat1(V)=0.22                            Power Led(V)=1.949

    Stat2(V)=4.927                          Status LED(V)=1.965
