Hello Juliette,
Yes, plz refer to this web: LM1086: Is there any spec change for LM1086CSX-ADJ/NOPB? - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums.
I was told that the correct package drawing will be updated, but I still do not see any update yet. Please kindly help check.
Thank you,
Bri
Hey Bri,
I will confirm with Nick to see if action was taken on this. Otherwise, I will confirm which package drawing should be referenced.
Typically, updating data sheets takes time but TI's website includes package drawings that we will be able to link you to in the meantime.
Best,
Juliette
Dear Juliette,
May we have any update on when the new package drawing will be released out?
Also, for this package drawings, could you share the link to us as well?

Hey Bridget,
Nick has not gotten back to me yet, but I will re-ping him.
Best,
Juliette
Hello Bridget,
The last update I received was on January 25th and it seems there is confusion on which file belongs to the datasheet. I will re-ping them, but it may be beneficial to add you to the thread. I will see what they respond by EOD tomorrow; otherwise I will create a new email thread to try and escalate.
Best,
Juliette
Hello Bridget,
I think the thread should be open again now.

Hello Mohan,
Juliette is OoO.
Let me see what I can do on my end. My understanding is that the devices received have a shorter length compared to the one shown on DS, correct?
May I understand how this will impact the use for the device?
Also, has more than one device been measured? Has any other dimension been measured? Lastly, was the measured device handled with care to not contract the leads?
All the possible information provided will help make any appropriate changes and keep on pushing from our end as well.
Best,
Edgar Acosta
Hi
Yes , the devices received have a shorter length compared to the one shown on DS, It was already accepted by Juliette & Bridget Conversation
2 Samples has been measured , kindly check your current lot for clarification and help to provide Latest datasheet , it may get delay else support to provide
TI Proof letter ( Temperary ) to clear the current Lot
Hello Edgar & Juliette,
This is real emergency. We have faced line down situation for a while.
It was already accepted "incorrect package drawing was referenced for this device and will be updated". But 4 months has passed, we still could not find updated file. Please kindly help share updated datasheet or any related documentation so we could use the parts.
Hi Bridget,
I apologize for the delayed response, Monday was a Holiday in the US.
I'm currently working with the team to get a status on this since I was looped in later.
This is an update that corresponds to our Packaging team, as we do not have direct access to modify the package drawings. The LDO team has been pushing to get the drawings updated, however, getting data sheets updated takes some time + the communication between groups involved, as this is a package drawing used not only by our team but TI wide. This will impact any other device that uses this package.
In addition, where any other dimensions measured? This will also help to see if anything else needs to be updated or not.
Best,
Edgar Acosta
Hi Bridget,
It looks like the change has been made in our system. It takes 24 hours to see a refresh. We will check again tomorrow to see if the DS got the new drawings. In the meanwhile you can refer to this drawing:
