BQ24610: SLUAA41 PIN FMA Table 3-3 Open Circuit "ACN" Pin

In SLUAA41 Table 3-3, TI claims that if the ACN pin is left open, No Charging can occur, and I concur with this assessment.  However in reviewing the Block Diagram the ACN pin is used to power the ACN-6V LDO that is used to control the BATDRV pin.  Can TI please confirm that if the ACN pin is open the ACN-6V LDO is unpowered?  Can TI advise on the state of the BATDRV pin and how this can affect the BATDRV Mosfet Vgs? Are there any other functions that are faulted with an ACN pin open?  Please consider that AC Adapter is present and not present as well.

Will SLUAA41 be corrected if found necessary?
