SM72445: SM72445 with only buck mode

Dear Experts,

Do you see any problem not having the boost side of the output stage full bridge if I only want to use buck mode only?

Maybe on the boost drive signal I can put 100k pull-down resistors but apart from this I think I should work the same way, right?

Hi Andras,

we did not test this usecase so far, but the circuit should support it under the condition that the duty cycle would never enter the buck and boost transition mode.

Hi Stefan,

So it means that we have to take care of this 2% margin that the input voltage be higher than the output voltage with 2%. Right?
