Unfortunately we don't do IEC/EN 62368-1 or IEC/EN 60950-1 for TPS54620.

This is the safety certificate of other IC for your reference. Please reconfirm whether there are any similar documents to us. If not, we will have to do a short circuit test at the board end, which will damage the motherboard. Thanks for your help！
