Hello Jayden,

All information is in TRM section 4.12 Battery Trip Point (BTP)

The feature can be used with the physical interrupt pin. The host system gets an interrupt and can take action when the thresholds are reached. Some operating systems make use of this to show a message to the user or take other action like hibernate or low power mode.
