BQ25611D: BQ25611D; Autonomous Charging Cycle

When the battery voltage is exhausted (0V), or there is no battery, plug in the adapter, VSYS = 3.6V, VREGN = 5V, CE = 0V; but BATFET (Q4) is not turned on, how should I analyze this problem? What are the conditions for the charging IC to enter the Autonomous Charging Cycle mode?

Is there any way to overwrite the internal default registers of the charging IC? After rewriting, these registers will not be lost even if they are reset and powered down.

Hi,

1. When the BAT pin is open (not connected to the battery), the charger should behave as described in the FAQ below. Please check your device.

2. Referring to 9.3.1 Power-On-Reset (POR) on the d/s, all the registers are reset to default value after power-on-reset.
