Dear TI team,

I have facing another error in previous mention a question, Please have a look.

this error display after few second when i captured first error.

then after BQ STUDIO automatically closed down in my PC.

Hello Dhaval,

The cell voltage is being reported as 0. Check the connections. I would recommend that you try on a TI EVM to rule out any other design issues

thank you for your feedback.

i know the cell voltage is 0V. but when i used fully charge battery pack and connect with BQ-Studio same error is display.

when i debugging board i show an AFE REGOUT pin output is shown 2.6V. and measure TS1 voltage is around cell voltage C1.( Used 6S series cell)

my concern is REGOUT pin output may be wrong ya right. in datasheet REGOUT pin output shown 3.6V and BQ78350DBTR-R1 & BQ76200PWR required 2.6V MAX.

is there any malfunction issue in AFE like internal thermistor damage, how to find AFE is working or not.

Hello Dhaval,

There are 2 versions of the AFE. See Device Comparison Table in datasheet.

You will need AFE REGOUT to be 2.5V for use with bq78350

ok, I have checked my device IC with datasheet , Its output is 2.5V.

which capable for BQ78350.
