Hi Gary,

We are not simulating that parameter. It will be above RQJA in datasheet. We are mentioning ΨJT instead. Why is RθJC needed?

The customer needs to verify the Tj temperature of the component through Tcase measurement

They can use ΨJT if they are not using any heat sink.
