In addition to LMG1205, LMG1210, do we have other drivers for GaN?

    Hi Naizeng,

    Are you looking only for GaN half-bridge drivers? There are quite a few more GaN low-side devices such as LMG1020, LMG1025, UCC27611, and kind of LM5114 (designed for Si FET but works well for GaN).

    In terms of half-bridge drivers, there is LM5113.

    Lastly, any device that has a 4-5V UVLO can drive most GaN. It may not be optimized for performance at 5V like the LMG parts are, but they can also work.
