Hi Meghana,
The TPS65941212 cannot be used with another TPS65941212. The SPMI interface used to communicate between devices is configured so that the master device has a target ID of 0x5, and will connect to the first target device with the target ID of 0x3. The SPMI Interface System Setup section of the datasheet describes these addresses.
The TPS65941212 is configured in the NVM to have a target ID of 0x5, which can be found in the Multi-Device NVM Settings table of the TPS65941212-Q1 and TPS65941111-Q1 PMIC User Guide for J721E, PDN-0B (Rev. B). Using two of these devices together will cause an SPMI interrupt on the devices. The TPS65941111 has a target ID of 0x3, as shown in the same table in the user guide linked above, which will allow the devices to function as intended.
