Hi TI expert，

使用ucc27712半桥驱动，

输入由MCU直接输入，输出驱动电阻10mohm

输入电压50V没问题，输入电压高于70V就烧驱动，上管驱动总也损坏，请帮忙看分析下可能的问题原因。thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for sharing the schematic of your design! Is the HS switch node connected to anything? Also, what is the HB1 node referenced to? Have you had the chance to measure the input/output switching waveforms of the driver? If possible, could you provide an image of the switching waveforms, as well as a capture of the HS switch node?
