Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5164
Hello,
Is the operation of the PGOOD signal as simple as:
Assuming the IC is powered.
If the voltage on the FB pin is < .9*VREF (.9 * 1.2 = 1.08V), PGood will be driven low?
If, for example, the LM5164 IC was powered and I directly hooked up a voltage source to the FB pin, would I see PGOOD toggle as I move the V_test Voltage around the PGOOD Thresholds.
A customer was concerned about PGOOD operation if the high-side switch in the LM5164 fails, does PGOOD take any other information into account, or does it only look at the FB voltage.
Thanks,
Chris
