Diag function and data out put from TPS4H000AQPWPRQ1 as like in LMD18400

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

If I use version B, Part TPS4H000BQPWPRQ1, can I read the CS output, Diag error status to a microcontroller ATTINY406/416 using SEH and SEL, Diagen pins? And shall I do the protection which was able to do with LMD18400?

    CSC,

    I am confused with which question is being asked here. You can do whatever you want with your microcontroller- you would have to double check with the vendor on the exact capabilities of the part you referenced as it is not a TI microcontroller. I would recommend promoting an MSPM0+ as it will be comparable and be able to do everything that the referenced microcontroller can do.

    The TPS4H000-Q1 will provide similar protection features to the LMD18400 and have more advanced features such as current sense and adjustable current limit.
