Dear Rahul,
If you are using one of the two thermistors recommended by TI for the BQ76952, the device comes preconifgured with the necessary coefficients under Calibration:180K/18K Temperature Model.
However, if you are using a different thermistor for your application, the device also supports a custom temperature model. TI provides a temperature coefficient calculator on its website for the BQ76952 here to calculate all the needed parameters.
