We have used TPS48111Q1 in our BMS system. Yesterday we have tested 5 BMS boards which was finalized in one test setup cell simulator. when we are testing these boards for charge discharge current and short circuit test. We found that we found 2 boards failed where the pre-charge mosfet is not getting ON. when we dig deep in the problem we found that Pre-charge mosfet is not getting ON may be due to FLT_I signal is going low for just 1-2 uS . Today we captured waveform on DSO and found that FLT_I signal with INP_G and EN signal. Everything seems good but Pre-Charge mosfet gate is not getting high.
We have just change the setup did not do any current testing. we even don't know how this problems occur. please see the waveform and support how this problem occurs.
