LP876242-Q1: No power output from LP876242B0RQKRQ1 using TIDA-020047 design

Part Number: LP876242-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-020047, TPS61379-Q1

Hi,

My customer made board using TIDA-020047 design files, but there is no power output, all BUCKs are disables seems, only can measure signal output on VDD_LDO pin.

Already tried to pull down the GPO2 to disable watchdog, but still no power output on all BUCKs.

From below link seems it is need to burn new NVM settings, not sure if customer's device is need or not.

As customer fully use TIDA-020047 design files to make board, it should meet below request, so now field doesn't have any more ideas, would like to get your support.

"After loading the NVM, check if the device is enabled through GPIO4. Additionally, VMON1 (GPIO7) should be provided 1V2 from BUCK2 and VMON2 (GPIO8) should be set 5V as is in reference design."

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks.
