BQ34Z100: 0% SOC

Part Number: BQ34Z100
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO

Hello, I can no longer detect the SOC for my 2000mAh, 1.2V nominal x 11 (in series) NiMH battery pack. Note that I was able to before, and then I decided to program a new .srec file and now it can no longer measure the SOC even though I've set the data parameters correctly:

-Pack Config VoltSel

-Design Capacity= 2000mAh

-Design Energy=2000*1.2*11mWH

-Cell Charge Voltage= 1400mV

-Cell Terminate voltage= 1100mV

-Voltage Divider=16000mV initially and then calibrated to 19215mV

-Flash Update OK Cell Voltage is default (however using the formula provided in the data sheet 2800 mV × Number Of Series Cells × 5000/Voltage Divider i get 8014mV which is beyond the maximum?).

-ChemID hasn't been determined exactly yet but I've picked the closest one (BK220SCHU 2200mAh)

-Note that while doing the charge cycle for learning the ChemID, it suddenly detected the charge at 95%

Can someone tell me if this is normal or if there is anything im missing? thanks!
