EV2400: EV2400 is not detected to Battery Management Studio

Part Number: EV2400

Hello,

EV2400 doesn't work anymore

LEDs are ON

I tried with 2 different EV2400 and I get the same message, "No acknowledge from device" and no data in the registers

The version of Battery Managment studio is 1.3.101

The chip logo on the dashboard stay in grey...

What should I do ?

    Hello Samir,

    If the EV2400 version is shown on the dashboard, then the EV2400 is working fine. No acknowledge means that there was no response from the gauge that the EV2400 is trying to communicate with. Check your connections, follow the EVM guide for the target device to check if you missed any steps like waking the target.
