Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO,
Hi,
The circuit closes when it enters the short circuit protection, but does not reopen after the short circuit protection. How can I fix it?

Hello Habibe,
Please share the BQStudio log file as well as the .gg file for us to analyze.
We have the information we usually request explained in the first FAQ under the BQ40Z80 FAQ page: https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/1127899/faq-bq40z80-faqs

Hello Habibe,
The log file shared is modified, the header is deleted which makes it more difficult to analyze and is missing gauge version information. Also the .gg file was not shared.
In the log the CUV and CUVC are tripped, you will need to meet the recovery conditions as outlined in the TRM to recover and allow the FETs to be active again. This usually involves charging the battery for CUV. You're also in the pre-charge region so make sure if you want charge faster even in precharge you have the PCHG_COMM bit set correctly.
Sincerely,
Wyatt Keller
