Can you help with the reported issue from my customer trying to use the LP5012EVM and GUI? Thanks in advance!
- We have downloaded the latest version of the LP5012 GUI from TI website (Setup_lp50-1.1.1_EVM). We are able to connect the USB2ANY with the computer and it is also able to detect the LP5012 EVM but we are not able to read and write on the registers.
- We have also downloaded USB2ANY driver (V2.8), USB Explorer is able to connect and configure USB2ANY Adapter, but it is not connected with LP50 GUI(Latest version). GUI asks for firmware upgrade to Version 3.0.0.7. Once We upgrade the firmware to Version 3.0.0.7, we can connect with GUI but the same issue is observed as per point 1.
Which Version of USB2ANY Firmware supports LP50 GUI(Latest version) and LP5012EVM board??
- we have checked the forum for the solution but still there is no solution over there :
- We have also tried all possible slave addresses - 0x28, 0x29, 0x2A, 0x2B (8-bit slave address) and also tried 7-bit address (0x14), but we couldn't access the registers.

We have tried every possible solution to make the LEDs glow based on the registers but no positive results. I kindly request you to guide us to solve this issue. If possible let us have a call and discuss this with screen sharing.
