hi  TI E2E teams,

i have used TPS25762 for PD solution in my new project.

i have no EVM in my hanrds, i use TPS257XX-GUI to download firmwave for my  board.

below is my design schematic, configuration and download process, pls help to check them.

The KEY files and base firmwave is from TI E2E teams.

    GUI APP shows firmwave download successfully， but it seems TPS25762 does not work, pls allow me to describe the problem in Chinese.

    1、 板上的TPS25762与EEPROM贴片前没有烧录程序；

    2、在“UPLOAD KEYs”使用你给的两个Key文件后选择"BUILD GUI FLASH IMAGE"base firmwave在GUI上配置，

    3、在“BULID GUI FALSH IAMGE”菜单中选择你给的base firmwave后选择“SAVE USB EP...”后保存.bin文件，其他选择""engineering key“和“GUI configured”。

    4、选择“USB END POINT”后选择第3步中保存的.bin文件进行“SECURE FLASH”,每次都是在执行到87%时报错“SFWs return with task result:Error :reserved"

    以上步骤按照文档来操作的，不知道有没有遗漏的地方。

    上图中烧录成功的是同事操作的，据说是把生成的.bin文件保存到另外的文件夹。

    我检查了我的文件：文件夹放在桌面，没有中文或者特殊字符。文件夹名：TPS25762.

    pls help to review and check my process, thank you！

    Hi Jianxi,

    For the USB Endpoint update, we need to make sure the EEPROM is not empty, if you need to download the firmware to the empty EEPROM, you need to use the method of using IIC communication, like Aardvark tool. Thank you.
