Hi Sir,
I use LM25149 to design a power Vin=24Vdc, Vout=18V@15A, I design a circuitry similar EVM board, I remove R6 between AEFVDDA and Vcc, VCCx is connected GND, when I power input 24Vdc for 10 seconds, the power supply overload, I found an issue AEDVDDA is short to GND after I power off and checking, do you have any ideas about my power design?
Note: power components
1. NMOS FET: IAUC60N04S6L039
2. Inductor: 0.1uH/32.5A (L 0.1uH/32.5A 20% IHLP2525CZERR10M01)
3. Circuitry is the same EVM, I remove R6 between AEFVDDA and Vcc
4. VCCx = GND
