When we debugged the BQ24715, we found that certain notebooks would probability fail to charge when the power was turned off for charging, we read the register information and found that the chargeoption bit[11] is 1 when the problem occurs. However, the chargingoption bit[11] of normal notebook is 0.
Since this problem occurs probabilistically with only a very small number of notebooks, we wolud like to confirm that did this problem can be resolved by manually setting the chargeoption bit[11] to 0 when plugging in the adapter for charging? Can you give us some suggestion for this?
