We received two battery packs that failed during testing.
One failure could be explained away but two failures for the same failure is suspicious.
What causes this failure? Is this a "bad programming" issue.

This does not solve the issue. I can open and compare files but this is still meaningless because the raw data does not mean anything without any information explaining it. Also, does the default SREC mean the SREC that was programmed into the unit or the TI default SREC? There is a corruption and the files can be compared but then what? Will TI review and state there is an issue. I can update the SRECs.

What is the Firmware version you are using? I can provide the srec file internally. You can program this srec to check if the failure goes away.
