LP876242-Q1: Do we have an updated LP876242-Q1 to boot up AM2732 directly?

In TIDA-020047 reference design, TI use LP876242B0RQKRQ1 to boot am2732.

But in default setting, it can't boot up directly.

My question is that does TI provide a new LP876242-Q1 part with a updated NVM，which could boot am2732 directly?

Hi Wang,

we have only this device available which is shown in the product page. This should work with AM2732 directly. Only thing is that you need to enable buck4 by writing the enable bit high.

Thank you very much, does TI have plan to generate a new part which could drive am2732 directly?

if we use current LP876242B0RQKRQ, we need to write the related resistor in our manufacture process.

Hi Wang,

we are not planning for new devices as of now. You can't write this register during your manufacturing since it will get reset after a power cycle. You have to write this bit in you software at each startup.
