Hi,
We want to use the UCC14240-Q1 to supply the UCC21710-Q1. Therefore I study datasheets, application notes and the Design Calculator Tool for the UCC14240-Q1.
Now in the Design Calculator Tool for the UCC14240-Q1 (Version 8) there is a Note (4) that user need to check with the manufacturer for IQ_DRIVER_VEE.
As TI is the manufacturer of the UCC21710-Q1 Gate Driver I kindly ask to supply the quiescent current for VEE supply pin.
If it is not possible to supply this information please advice what to use as a value in the Calculator Tool.
Our use case will be:
- VDD (in respect to COM): 15V
- VEE (in respect to COM): -4V
- Total Gate charge:0.944uC
- Switching frequency: 96kHz
