TPS7A24: TPS7A2401DBVR turn-on time

Hello,

I want to replace an LP2985IM5-6.1/NOPB by a TPS7A2401DBVR.

Comparing the two datasheet I cannot find the turn on time for the TPS7A24. Is the data avaible or I have to do the measurements on samples ?
I need the turn on time to be under 1ms.

    Hi Erwan,

    After Vin is applied, and Enable input is high, there is a delay of approximately 800 usec until Vout starts up. The Vout ramp up time is approximately 50-100 usec. The total time is under 900 usec.

    See TPS7A25 datasheet, figures 7-32 and 7-33 for example startups. TPS7A24 and TPS7A25 share the same die, with a different programmed current limit.
