Hello,
We are using the BQ76952 chip in manual mode. According to the datasheet, adjacent cells can be balanced. However, while we are testing, we can get every other cell to balance at the same time (all even cells or all odd cells), but never any adjacent cells. We run into an issue where one balancing channel activates and the other does not. What are we missing?
